Who we are
Meet Lindsey! She is the owner and creative mind behind Jubilee. Her husband is a huge support for this dream and he is also an entrepreneur working in the excavation world. They have two amazing kids, Elliott (7) and Judah (5) and live on a mini farm raising chickens, pigs, and sheep, so they stay busy!
Lindsey always has her creative wheels spinning and she wanted to take her love of boba on the road! But boba isn’t well known for its healthy ingredients, so she wanted to do something about that. All of the drinks and syrups served on Jubilee are made without artificial flavors, sweeteners, or dyes and she makes everything from scratch with high quality ingredients that she is proud to serve. Most drinks can be customized for less sweetness, for those trying to watch their sugar intake. She also has a simple syrup that is made with stevia for those wanting something besides cane sugar.
The heart behind the name Jubilee. In biblical terms, the year of jubilee was a time where captives were set free and that’s what I want this business to represent.
During the dreaming process, I felt compelled for jubilee to make an impact and I knew immediately I wanted to give a portion of my proceeds to a couple of organizations that are actively working to end sex trafficking locally as well as globally. I’ve wanted to get involved in this problem since college and I truly feel like this is the door the Lord has opened.
